A  few years ago I was introduced to Synergy Worldwide, by an old school friend. At the time I was just getting over some momentous changes to my life. My health had taken a back seat and bad eating habits were the norm. I often skipped breakfast and lunch consisted of any form of fast food, including sugary drinks to see me through the working day. This unhealthy lifestyle and diet lead me to put on weight which I was very unhappy about.

I was not alone, many of my colleagues were also overweight. I started hearing stories of people suffering heart attacks and other cardiovascular illnesses.  I just thought they were unlucky and that this couldn’t happen to me. Could it?!

This was my wake-up call and I decided to change my habits and my life. One of my decisions was to join a local gym and have a lunchtime workout, I was burning calories which was great, however I was replacing them by raiding the fridge and snacking as soon as I got home in the evening, again I needed to sort out my eating habits.  

This is when I started introducing the Synergy products and finally managed to turn my health around. My breakfast is now a SLM smart meal replacement shake which satisfies my appetite through to lunch. Lunch is a small healthy meal and a Synergy E9 energy boost to see me through the afternoon, until my evening meal. I also use the Synergy V3 supplements to improve my heart health, immune system and acidity.

This way I know my body is getting the nutrients and nourishment it needs to keep me fit and focused.

Life is a lot better now, at one time when it was a challenge carry shopping, going upstairs and changing the spare wheel. Now I can do these at ease again.

Going for walks and kicking a ball around with my grandson, are some of the fun things that I love to do. With this new-found energy life is great!

At first, I was unsure about getting involved as a Synergy team member. However, I was so impressed with the Synergy products and the health benefits I was getting. I changed my mind quickly! 

Now as a team member it makes me happy that I can also help others achieve elite health. I hope that Synergy Worldwide can make a difference to you like it did for me!
